Pensions Champions website - what's in it, how to use it?

The website has been designed to both provide basic information about pensions and enable users to find out the likely value of their retirement income. It will take into account all past and present pensions you have paid into as well as state pensions.

Additionally, there is a separate section for Pensions Champions to access, providing them with information, resources and the opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow champions.

To find out about the different aspects of pensions simply click on a subject from the list in the left-hand column. If you need more information than is provided you will find links to other sites offering more detailed guidance.

If you want to prepare a forecast of your retirement income you will need to login first, this ensures that the information you insert remains confidential to you, and then complete the information at each stage. Where information is needed that you do not have available you will find both links to other websites that will help you, and draft letters you can send to employers and organisations to obtain it.

When you have entered all the necessary information you will receive a final report to print out containing a summary of everything you have entered, together with guidance on how to obtain any further information you may need.
